Jeff Faine, President

A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Jeff is a 10-year NFL veteran who retired after playing for the Cleveland Browns, New Orleans Saints, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and the Cincinnati Bengals. At one point during his NFL career, Jeff was the highest paid center in the NFL and was introduced to the concept of premium financing as a client. As a life insurance professional, he utilizes the experience gained as a client, to introduce new solutions and tools to the industry, to help improve client’s opportunity to positively enhance their position. Jeff has mastered the art of designing premium financed life insurance solutions. He has a diverse clientele that includes high net worth individuals, business owners, professional athletes, professionals (physicians, attorneys, accountants, and dentists), and universities. Jeff began his entrepreneurial endeavors while playing in the NFL. He has built several successful businesses that range from insurance & financial services, food & beverage hospitality, real estate development, and retail & manufacturing operations. Jeff’s experience as a client and businessman provides a unique perspective that allows him to “walk in the shoes” of his clients. He understands their challenges and provides them the absolute best solutions that fit their needs. In addition to his successful business ventures, Jeff has also founded The Faine House, which is a charitable foundation that primarily houses youth who have aged out of the foster care system. The Faine House helps them prepare for the real world by teaching them invaluable life skills. Jeff resides with his wife, Brittnie, and their two sons in Maitland, FL.

Jeff Sharon, Co-founder

Jeffrey D. Sharon, CFP®, CIMA® is an Executive Vice President at Cohen & Steers, a leading global investment management firm based in New York City. Jeff is Head of North American Institutional Distribution for CNS. Prior to joining his current firm in 2020, Jeff held senior leadership and sales positions at Gramercy Funds Management, OFI Global Asset Management/OppenheimerFunds and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Jeff is a Certified Financial Planner®, a Certified Investment Management Analyst® and holds multiple securities licenses. Jeff has a BS from Florida Atlantic University and continuing education certifications from the University of Central Florida and the Wharton School at UPenn. He has served his community as a 10+ year Board member with the Children’s Home Society of FL, Children’s Home Society Foundation and as a Co-Founder and Board member of The Faine House.

Jeff Sharon

Sarah Asma, Vice Chair

Sarah Asma is a 5th generation Central Florida native. She grew up in Sanford and now lives in Downtown Orlando with her husband Neil and daughter Camille. She has a B.S. in Psychology and a Juris Doctorate Degree both from the University of Florida. She is currently a practicing criminal defense attorney, representing indigent people charged with crimes throughout Central Florida. She has served the community for ten years in public defense and is a Board Certified Criminal Trial Attorney.  Besides The Faine House, she serves on the Board of Directors of her family’s business, Sunniland Corporation, on the Foundation Board for Be the Match – a nonprofit which helps facilitate bone marrow transplants – and volunteers with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and Conservation Florida.

Brittnie Faine, FNP-C

Brittnie Faine is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and graduate of South University. She started the first four years of her career as a registered nurse in the post-surgical step down unit at Advent Health in Winter Park. After gaining critical work experience and caring for patients throughout her community, Brittnie decided to go back to graduate school to earn her masters degree in nursing. 

Brittnie is known for her incredible bedside manner that consistently makes her a favorite among her patients. Brittnie is a strong advocate for her patients and other vulnerable populations throughout the community. She excels at sponsorship acquisition, development strategies and assisting with needs of The Faine House’s young adults. Volunteering is instilled in her heart and soul, she takes great pride in all she does. Her greatest joys are her children and family.

Bruce Holmes

Bruce graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Batchelor of Civil Engineering degree. Working his entire career in the construction industry, he has led construction projects throughout the Southeastern United States with a focus on Florida. The value of work constructed under his licenses exceeds 2.5 billion dollars.

Bruce and his wife Kathie are the proud parents of six children ranging in age from 17 to 43. The three youngest children were welcomed into Bruce and Kathie’s home as infant foster children sponsored by The Children’s Home Society and adopted when the opportunity was offered.

In 1987, Bruce joined WELBRO Constructors as an Operations Manager. As the company ownership changed, Bruce became a founding member of WELBRO Building Corporation serving as President and now Chief Operating Officer

While serving as the Chairman of the local chapter of the Children’s Home Society, Jeff Faine introduced The Faine House to the board which readily accepted the challenge and transformed what was the Crisis Nursery into the Faine House. Bruce served as the building committee chairman and is an original Faine Maker.

In 2016, Bruce was awarded the H Clifford Lee Lifetime Achievement Award for his efforts on behalf of local charities. Currently he serves as the Chairman of the Orangewood Christian School Committee and is a member of The Faine House Board of Directors.

Cherlette McCullough

Cherlette McCullough, a mental health therapist, who is passionate about destigmatizing mental health counseling and helping individuals recognize the importance of taking care of themselves both emotionally and mentally. Cherlette is the owner and operator of Center Peace Couples and Family Therapy, a strength-based clinical mental health practice located in Winter Park, FL. Cherlette enjoys community involvement; currently, she serves on the Executive Board of the Mental Health Association of Central Florida and the Board of Governors for The Faine House. She is married and enjoys spending time with family.

Nimit Kapoor

Nimit Kapoor

Nimit Kapoor is a Senior Vice President and Middle Market Team Lead for Fifth Third Bank in Central Florida. Nimit and his team provide banking solutions for companies with annual revenues greater than $20Million. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, he and his wife, Divya, moved to Central Florida in 2013. Today, they call College Park home where they are parents to a beautiful son, daughter, and highly energetic Goldendoodle puppy.

Nimit is active in his local community and spends time serving on the board for The Faine House, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida, ACG, SFNet, and Junior Achievement of Central Florida. In his spare time, Nimit is an avid traveler, an aspiring golfer, and an overly passionate Cleveland sports fan!

Kirk Mackey

Kirk Mackey is a leader in the auto industry, and a licensed Wholesale Auto Dealer. Born and raised in Winter Park, Florida, Kirk prides himself in providing the ultimate concierge service and driving experience for his customers. He studied business at Florida Tech and UCF.

The advantage of working with Kirk is that you are getting personal service as well as access to the Wholesale Dealers network which is not limited to inventory; he will find the exact car you are looking for, within your budget and timeline.

Kirk is involved in his community, currently he is on the board for The Faine House and he’s been a member of the Rotary Club of Winter Park for over twenty years.

Katie Merrigan

Katie Merrigan is the CEO and Founder of luxury travel agency Katie Bean Travels. She is a dynamic executive who excels at business ventures on every level. Katie owns and operates two other successful enterprises: Kcuvee, and My VIP Tour. She has built her businesses on the foundation of customer relationships, integrity, and passion.

Katie believes that life’s greatest gift is connection – that is perhaps why she excels at bringing people together for a greater purpose. She is a progressive entrepreneur who supports our organization with needed attention to detail and zest for helping others see their own potential. Furthermore, she understands the importance of providing her clients with exceptional experiences that they will cherish for a lifetime.

When Katie’s not managing her businesses or helping people plan perfect vacations, she can be found traveling, enjoying family time, doing yoga, and connecting with new friends every step of the way.

Jeff Condello

Jeffrey Condello established RANDALL (formerly Randall Mechanical Inc.) in 1986 as a local plumbing company. His strategic vision led RANDALL to become a powerhouse in the construction industry. As Owner and CEO of RANDALL, he has more than 35 cumulative years in the construction business. Randall is a subcontractor company with a yearly work in place of $170M and a workforce approximately of 900 employees. Included in that tenure are extensive experience in project leadership, organizational management, and the fiscal responsibilities of company ownership. Condello understands what is required to successfully delegate, communicate and oversee large construction projects.

Condello is active in his community and currently serves on the UCF Board of Trustees, the board of Project Opioid, and The Faine House Board of Directors. He is also a UCF Athletics Legacy Circle donor.

Fred Guitton

Fred Guitton, Treasurer

Since moving from France to Central Florida in 1996 Frederic has built a strong resume and has served in executive roles focussed on marketing, strategy, operations and revenue for mid size companies in a variety of industries in Central Florida. He currently serves as the Chief Revenue Officer of QLM (Quality Labor Management). In 2003 he was introduced to CHS and subsequently joined its board of directors and eventually served as its Chairman. During his tenure on the CHS board the Faine House program was created and he played an active role in the early stage of this program.

Guitton was married in 1996, he and his wife Terri are raising their 3 children right here in Central Florida. In his words: “Everyday I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the Central Florida community, help connect people and do my part to help those in our community who are less fortunate.”
