A Year of Purpose, Progress, and Possibility: Inside The Faine House 2025 Impact Report

At The Faine House, we measure our impact in lives stabilized and futures reimagined. It’s so much more than numbers here. Our newly released 2025 Impact Report captures a pivotal chapter in our organization’s journey, reflecting both the growth of our mission and the intentional systems that support young adults as they transition to independent adulthood.

For more than 14 years, The Faine House has served young adults ages 18–23 who have experienced foster care or unstable environments.

What began as a commitment to provide a safe housing program has evolved into a comprehensive, outcomes-driven model that blends accountability, mentorship, and real-world preparation. We know independence is built step by step, with structure and support.

Rolling Out the RISE Program

One of the most significant milestones highlighted in this year’s Impact Report is the continued rollout and refinement of the RISE Program (Resilience, Independence & Sustainable Empowerment). RISE formalizes the philosophy behind The Faine House model: compassion paired with expectation, and care balanced with accountability.

Through RISE, residents engage in a structured pathway that includes required education or workforce training, active employment, financial responsibility, life-skills development, mentorship, and transportation support. Rather than simply receiving services, residents are active participants in their own success—learning how to manage responsibilities, plan for the future, and build sustainable independence

Impact in Action: Inside the Faine House

The outcomes shared in the 2025 Impact Report reinforce the strength of this model:

  • 50 young adults impacted over the past four years
  • 100% of residents enrolled in education or vocational programs
  • 100% of residents employed
  • 10 residents housed at all times, each in a fully furnished private bedroom
  • Average length of stay: 16 months, allowing time for meaningful, lasting change

Behind these metrics are young adults learning to save, show up, communicate, and believe in what’s possible for their future.

Leadership That Guides the Mission

The Impact Report also recognizes the leadership that helps steer this work forward. Co-founded by Jeff Faine and Jeff D. Sharon, The Faine House benefits from an engaged Board of Directors made up of professionals, community leaders, and advocates who bring diverse expertise and a shared commitment to young adult transformation.

Their guidance ensures the organization remains mission-focused, fiscally responsible, and positioned for long-term impact

The Faine House: A Pathway Forward

From resident experience and supportive services to our selective admissions process and blended funding model, the 2025 Impact Report illustrates how every piece of The Faine House ecosystem works together.

Housing, education, employment, mentorship, and accountability are not standalone services—they are interconnected tools designed to interrupt cycles of homelessness, incarceration, and instability.
