The RISE Program

We are a trauma-informed community of volunteers, donors, and regional partners.

At The Faine House, the path to healing & financial independence is led by a group of experienced staff members and dedicated community mentors through The Faine House RISE Program (Resilience, Independence & Sustainable Empowerment).

The RISE Program

RISE is a structured, outcomes-driven model that goes beyond housing to intentionally prepare young adults for long-term stability.

Shifting away from a one-on-one case management style of service in which all goals were expected to be fulfilled through a single caseworker, The Faine House has turned to our community of dedicated volunteers and leaders for support with each resident’s success.

Each young adult graduating from our program needs healthy, lifelong relationships to outweigh the negative influences they arrived with.

Resilience, Independence & Sustainable Empowerment

Serving individuals who have aged out of foster care (as well as those entering directly from the community due to housing instability, unsafe environments, or limited family support) the RISE program pairs safe housing with accountability, skill-building, and real-world expectations. With an average length of stay of 16 months, residents are given the time, structure, and support needed to stabilize, build essential life skills, and successfully transition to permanent housing and self-sufficiency.

Rooted in shared responsibility and personal investment, The Faine House partners with residents as active participants in their own success. RISE ensures our youth can build confidence, responsible financial habits and the mental habits necessary to sustain independence beyond residency.

Safe Housing & Transportation

Stable housing and reliable transportation are the underpinning of any person’s success. Housing at The Faine House is made accessible through a blended
support model. Some residents receive free or reduced housing supported by grants, programs, or government funding, while others are supported through the generosity of donors and community partners
who believe in investing in long-term transformation.

Our vehicle support program covers 50% of a resident’s first vehicle!
